zaniahlabs.com is operated by Zaniah Labs FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at C1 Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zaniah Labs FZE. “You” means the person or organisation visiting zaniahlabs.com.
By using zaniahlabs.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
zaniahlabs.com is the studio website of Zaniah Labs FZE. It describes the studio and, as they launch, links to the products we operate.
Each product has its own website and its own terms. Those terms, not these, govern your use of a product.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the site to break any applicable law;
- attempt to breach, probe, or overload the site or the systems of our providers, other than through responsible disclosure to security@zaniahlabs.com;

We keep all rights in the site: its text, design, the Zaniah Labs name and mark. These Terms do not transfer any of that to you.

This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.
Before starting proceedings, both parties agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion for 30 days, starting from written notice to legal@zaniahlabs.com.
10. General
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
No waiver. Not enforcing a right isn’t a waiver of it.
